The following is a straightforward vocal prayer asking for the healing of someone else.
"O Lord our God, Physician of our souls and bodies, look down upon Your servant (insert name here), and cure him/her of all infirmities of the flesh, in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, with Whom You are blessed, together with Thy Most Holy, gracious and life-giving Spirit, now and ever, and unto ages of ages Amen.
