Holy Spirit Mondays: Resurrection, You, and the Spirit

A short reflection to help you deepen your relationship with the Holy Spirit.
Read:
"If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will give life to your mortal bodies also through his Spirit which dwells in you" (Romans 8:11).
Ponder:
Where in my life am I living as though death has the final word? For example, in my vocation, my dreams, and my relationships?
How does it make me think differently about my body, knowing that the same Spirit who raised Jesus has made this mortal frame His dwelling place?
What things feel immovable in my life right now, and what would it mean to trust that the Spirit who rolled away Christ's stone is present in my situation?
When I consider my weaknesses, fatigue, or limitations, do I see them as defeat, or as evidence of the work of the Spirit quietly taking root?
In what areas have I settled for merely surviving when the Spirit offers life abundantly, awakened and unafraid?
Pray:
"Most Holy Spirit, save me from myself and sanctify me."
