No More Excuses (Homily)

In this homily, Fr. Thomas speaks about the great banquet from Luke 14:16-24 in which we are reminded that Jesus invites us to be with Him and to partake of His Most Holy Body and Blood at the table, which is the altar. Even in the midst of life - whether its interacting with others in marriage and family or at work and church - we are each called to come as close to God as humanly possible, fulfilling His will for us each and every day. As such, Fr. Thomas encourages everyone to stop coming up with excuses as to why they cannot or will not accept this urgent invitation of the Lord.
